Main characteristics:-
* These are easy to sex
* Male has white mask
* Female has fawn mask
* Good egg layers from March through to September
* Not very loud
* Can be kept in colonies with a ratio of 1 male - 2 or 3 females
* Roughly 6 - 7 ozs in weight
* Can be cannibalistic when young - i.e. toe picking, cere picking
